Climate and territory: high thermal peaks and medium-low rainfall.
Vinification: the grapes are de-stemmed, pressed and conveyed to the winemakers. After a few hours’ contact with the skins and some pumping over, the must, which has become an intense pink, follows a white vinification without pomace and at a controlled temperature of 12° C.
Colour: bright pale pink.
On the nose: it releases fruity aromas recognisable in apricot and floral scents of magnolia and jasmine.
On the palate: it has good persistence, fresh and balanced.
