Our winery is located in the heart of the Itria Valley, in Locorotondo, one of the most charming villages in central Puglia.
Locorotondo is famous for its trulli, dry-stone walls, and an ancient winemaking tradition. Here, the rural landscape is unique: red earth, centuries-old olive groves, and vineyards create an authentic and timeless setting.
Trulli are historic dwellings typical and exclusive to the Itria Valley, characterized by conical roofs and built from dry limestone, without the use of mortar or cement. Their highest concentration is found in Alberobello, a UNESCO World Heritage site.
The Itria Valley's wine culture has its roots in the era of Magna Graecia. Thanks to its calcareous soil and breezy climate, this area is particularly suited to the production of fresh, elegant, and fragrant wines.
